My 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel air conditioner quit blowing air. Is it just the blower motor under the dash?

I also have what I believe to be a vacuum line problem. The selector switch will not make the air flow go from vent to defrost or to the floor when the air was blowing. Any help or guidance will be appreciated.

How do I re-invent myself in three months?

now that is a hard question. you can reinvent you image but never yourself. Just changing the way you look is relatively easy. if you want to lose belly fat riding a bike is not the way to go, but try doing some sit ups, then after you become better at those move on to an exercise called the plank, look up the proper way to do it. that's the exercise that i do every day for about 45 seconds and i have a six pack. as for eating 2 meals that is kind of a waste of time and it will make your life miserable (it will cause you to lose allot of weight but its not worth it) and also don't drink gatorade, it has large amounts of sugar in it which is bad. if you're dedicated then you can lose lots of weight quickly but you can't give up, just make up a little routine like: 10 push ups, 3 chin ups, and 20 crunches. then build that up, i don't know what to do for the skin stretches :( but like you said, there is lots of creams that can help with that. and about being ugly, if you always say stuff like "im so ugly" it will just make it worse, just be your self and it will work out. i hope that helped :D

I started out with me liking someone else and talking to him just cause he seemed nice. him is gonna be E. the guy i liked at first is gonna be S. Instead he said I was annoying and mocked me all the time, and got to the point he was bullying me. When he sometimes passed stuff out in class he would hit me with it.Or sneak up on me and pull me out of my seat or pull and push my seat until I fell out. One time he held the door for me and I thought, "That's weird." Then he tried to close it on me real fast I jumped through but my arm got in the way and it shut on it. It hurt. And another guy opened the door for me and pushed E. out of the way, and there was a huge bruise on my arm for a long time. If I was sitting on the ground doing something or zoning out into something he would stomp on my shoes. That's when I got up and yelled, "You act like a sixth grader!" and I pushed him and walked away.That's when I hated him but liked him at the same time. The next week, after p.e. I was digging in some mud with a stick because it had rained and I was bored. then all a sudden I felt someone's hands on my ribs and the someone picked me up and swooped me over some mud and I started screaming so the someone put me back on the ground. I turned around really fast and it was E.! He pointed at me with his axe and started laughing. And I gave him a mean look and walked away. One day my friend told me that she asked, E. who he likes, and he said "It's ovbious I don't like _ anymore" ( the dash thing is the girl he liked) THen one day all these boys cut in front of me when I was going to get something to eat in the lunch line when I was talking to E. and I was like "Okay all of you just like cut in front of me." And of S. happend to be one of them and he was like "your point?" and E. was like "Yea she's right you guys need to move." and they didn't so E. pushed them all out of the way and he was like holding them back and stuff and he was like, "Okay Kylie you can go now." And I was so shocked I just kind of stood there and the lunch lady got so mad. And then I knew he liked me and I didn't hate him anymore. We never dated though I never knew why he didn't ask me out. On my birthday when i turned fifteen He didn't tell me happy birthday. then maybe a month passed and I guess intentionally i was playing hard to get and he stopped looking at me. And after while I stopped looking at him and I guess he doesn't like me anymore because he's liking the same girl again and telling everyone how annoying I am. But then a week later one day before the last day of school he was super nice to me and he drew my name with chalk on the the pull in to school thing. and he went on my team when we were playing stuff. and then the last day of school he went to ignoring me again. then maybe an hour before everyone said good bye i started crying because so many people were not coming back the next year and we both weren't coming back. Striped tread garden hose help please?

The tread is striped on the knob that you screw the garden hose into. The knob is cemented into the brick on the side of my house so I can't easily remove the knob. Is there anyway to repair the tread so I can screw the hose on to it and water my plants? :)

The motor is working and nothing is broken but putting the key in the back won't make it work and the switch on the dash doesnt work either. Does central locking work if battery is flat?

I've got an 04 ford fiesta. Been running fine. Drove home from work no problems. Got out for about half hour. Jumped back in with my kids. Went to start car and it stalled, I think my son in front was playing with hear stick and I didn't notice he had left it in hear for me. Back into neutral turned key nothing! Couple dash lights came on and flashed and instead of the engine starting there was a clicking noise, a bit like an indicator. My partner topped up all the waters and battery. Still lights flashing but this time instead of clicking it was an engine start noise, but sounded more like the car coughed it was so short lived. In the end neighbours helped to jump start. Drove it to my mums to drop kids off about 8 miles there and back, left it running on advice of my partner. Got home turned ignition off left it for a couple minutes. Turned it back on and again flashing dash lights and that clicking sound! Any ideas what it could be? Booked into garage for tomorrow really hope its just the battery! Practice. Just keep egg beating in the water, get used to the water, and build up your leg strength. I used to play water polo and it just took a lot of practice and motivation. Don't expect to tread that long easily within a few days, it takes a lot of time to get water oriented. A good workout for your legs are wall sits or lunges, those really helped me.

Acura Vigor Temperature control module power?

Ok so I took off the dash to replace the evaporator. I put everything back and now the connector that gives power to the temperature control module doesn't have any power. I have plugged (or at least I believe I have) everything back in and everything else does get power except the temperature control module. I have a diagram but its not really helpful, it just says the yellow wire is the one that carries the power but the thing is it has about 4 yellow wires on the connector. Please help me.

Weight obsessed relatives, almost crazy?

Well, here's the thing. I have 1 aunt who has 1 husband and they've got 2 kids who are my cousins. The whole family is weight obsessed. What bothers me the most is that it's affecting their children the most. The kids are 11 and 9 years old. The whole family is fat, I'm not trying to sound rude, I love them with all my heart, but this is crazy. They've got scales all over the house, wii fit, this push up machine, a tread mile, a trampoline. Like yesterday it was my birthday, and the little 9 year old boy (my cousin) had a lot of cake, a lot of ice cream, then he was like "Mom, I've lost 0.3 kg/ half of a pound" then when I suggested we'd go out and play on the playground or something his big sister said "Yeahh, you need some exercise" and when we were climbing on these ropes he was like "Hurry up fatty" to his sister. Then when he got tired after about 1 hour his sister was like "see, all you do is sit down and eat, get up and keep walking" and his sister said to me "you're so skinny, how much do you weigh?" and then he asked the same question about 10 minutes later and I told him, and he said "Then I weigh less than you!" and I said "Yeah you do, but I am much taller" then he told me to go over to this thing that looks like a balance scale, but on the playground, and then of course I weighed more, then his sister came up and she was like "Yeah, we're fatter than you" This was not how I visualized my birthday, and I seriously feel sympathy for them, when I was their age I never thought about weight & stuff like that. How unix versions are different?

Are linux, gnome, ubuntu all unix verions? Could I run the same progmram on any of these versions, or does it cause problems? For example, some programs does not run properly on windows7, even they run correctly on windows XP. Is it the same case for gnome and ubuntu?

Temperature control not getting power?

They're 20" rims with tires 60% tread on tires. They're asking $400 do them at an autoshop since they came off a 2004 wrecked tahoe with front right damage. Rims have minor scratches they said. That's about all the info they have on them on the cite. Im planning on going and checking them out but I'm scared they'll be bent and I can't see it then a month later I'll have to replace one. Hooked up car cd player and it doesnt work.?

So I bought a new cd player and when I took out my old the wire plugin didn't match my new one. So I looked at each set of wires and I cut off the old plugin. I grounded the black wire with the metal piece to a screw inside my dash. Then I split the same wires of each set and twisted them together and then used electrical tape to cover them. There were some extra cords but I had no where to hook them up so I wrapped them up so they wouldn't just be open inside of the dash. I then plugged in the power (or antenna) not sure which one it was but it fit my new cd player as well. I then put my dash back together and screw in and plug back in everything I had messed with in order to get to my cd player. I turn my car on to see if my cd player works and I here it make a noise (the cd player itself) but it didn't come on. No lights, no sound, nothing. What did I do wrong? How do I make it work??

Okay, so I'm 19 and I live at home with my mum and sister. I've been seeing this guy for about 3 or 4 weeks and he's come round to my house about 5 times, I haven't been to his yet. This is the big question, I guess. So, here are my options. I love law. I love law, and politics, and everything like that. I know that if I really commit to being an attorney, I can make it big, And when I say big, I mean BIG. But the hours are long, the work is hard and you have no free time. Do I put off socializing and trying to find "the one" while I make my career doing what I love and make the big bucks to live the posh life with the hopes that love will happen along the way? It is love after all. 97 Saturn SL2 Electrical Problem?

On my Saturn, it happens in 2 places. If it happens when the vehicle is cold, When accelerating, the Transmission will be stuck in D4. if the short happens when the car is hot, you will be traveling about 75 MPH on the interstate, and the guages will go dim, and the volt meter will bottom out, like you turned the key off. It is the same response when the car is cold. It is like you turned the key off, but the engine still runs fine. The only difference I have found which is major is when it is cold and it acts up, the volt meter bottoms out like the key is turned off, and it will not shift. When hot at night, you can see all the lights go dim, the AC blower motor slows down, etc. Any ideas? ALREADY REPLACED THE IGNITION SWITCH UNDER THE DASH.

I do not think I have ever seen someone want to use Linux for Graphic and "3D" work. Usually you would be working with adobe photoshop or you would be working on a MAC, not linux. The fact that you even mentioned backtrack is ridiculous. Backtrack is for security testing. The only other linux that I could recommend is a version called sabayon. Ubuntu is probably the most user friendly, but for some reason, you are saying that its slow? hmmm. Don't know what to tell you on that one. Then of course you should decide if you want a KDE or GNOME environment. I prefer KDE but that is my preference.

Weight obsessed relatives, almost crazy?

Well, here's the thing. I have 1 aunt who has 1 husband and they've got 2 kids who are my cousins. The whole family is weight obsessed. What bothers me the most is that it's affecting their children the most. The kids are 11 and 9 years old. Installing a tachometer in a '97 Ford Escort?

I'm looking into getting a '97 Ford Escort 5 speed, and everything is perfect except it doesn't have a tach, which bothers me. I've driven it and it's not a huge problem, but I'd like to have one so I can rev it higher if I want without damaging the engine, or be able to keep my revs low to save gas, etc etc. What would it cost to either install a tach, or have one installed? I cant get my jeep to start? its an electrical issue.?

I just replaced my 4 cylinder engine with a straight 6 engine and would like to start it up before i put everything back together. I have all the wiring correct as far as i can tell. the ac is not working the blower motor works it just wont turn on by the switch and the lights on the dash are coming on to also(they are the ones i listed) the 4wd,and ABS lights are on and they wont work either the fuses are under the left side back seat and they are not blown they just are not getting power to them this is just one of a few fuse boxes in it but the 4wd,AC,ABS fuses are all in the same row they are the ONLY ones not getting power along with a few more fuses in that row (there is like 2 more fuses in that row) once again there is not a problem with any parts they are just not turning on or working but if you take them out and hook them up to a tool we have they work fine i was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or knows what it could be

Ok, so ever since I can remember I have not had any care or sympathy for other people. It is like this thing in my mind that I just really do no care who I hurt and have absolutely no care for other peoples feelings or things like that. Even people close to me. In relationships, I am always cheating and at work I would tread all over someone if it got me to a better position. In a way it is quite nice, because it seems like some people worry so much about these things but I cannot understand it so it does make me feel lonely and isolated sometimes. Other symptoms are like world news such as deaths or tragedies have absolutely no affect on me, while other people are weeping I am just interested in seeing the action. It is like an amusing story for me. Other peoples pain does not bother me either i.e if someone close died or someone hurt themselves or got ill I would not care. I would act like I cared to fit in and not be noticed, but deep down I wouldn't feel anything. I described this in another forum and someone suggested I was a "sociopath" but I am not sure because I do not have evil thoughts or urges to actually hurt people myself. I just do not care about other people basically. What is wrong with me? Do you think a psychologist might be able to help?

Can't breathe when jogging for short time?

I'm not overweight, but even when I try jogging for a very very short amount of time I get out of breathe. I tried doing track earlier in the year but quit after a few days because it was embarrassing to always be in the back during practice. I can jog for a short time but if I keep pushing myself I feel like I'm going to have a heart attack or pass out. Also, when I was doing track I wanted to do something short like the 100 yard dash because I've always been a fast short distance runner. But when I tried it, I got about 10 yards and felt like I was going to die. After I got home I tried doing a sprint down the street and did just fine. Could it be something about being around other people? I am a 14 year old girl, by the way. I don't think it's something about "not enough lung capability" because I have played the trumpet for 5 years.

I've just bought a diary because I have an insane temper that is really short especially when I get really stressed with problems. Workout needs more fun?

School is ending and I need a better workout! I am on the leaner side but my family is all obese and if I don't work out I end up gaining weight! In school I have 3 gym periods a week (2 hrs and 15 minutes) and we almost always play sports and I love it! It helps me relieve stress and be aggressive and workout and have fun! On the days I don't have gym and one day on the weekend I work out (usually only and hour at max to stay healthy). I usually run on the tread mill but that gets really boring! I watch tv but that doesn't tend to satisfy me. If i try listening to music I love music so much i try to sing along but I get to out of breath and I have to stop and slow my work out down. Over the summer there is no sports team to do because the only way to join is to join in the beginning of the season (October) (I've tried but you can't this time of year). I also have a pool, but it gets boring to, swimming back and forth.I would love to have my friends come over and play sports but in the summer they get lazy because of the intense heat. Can anyone help me?

Huge under steer on ford escort!?

my escort has huge under steer when i do right turns. the left wheel will screech on the road when turning, it does it at low speeds as well. i feel it most on roundabouts it feels like hitting an ice patch and the noise it makes always gives me an audience lol. ive had 2 new wishbones, 2 new track road ends, new break pads. ive checked the wheel for any play to check to see if a baring has gone but it was all ok. the inner tread of my tyre is worn away quite badly. when going in a Straight line there is no pull on the wheels, it drives as straight as an arrow. what could be the problem?. i also get a knocking noise everytime i go over bumps. what could it be? suspension??. if so how does it explain the under steer and knocking.?

Car A/C problem. Light comes on but Compressor doesnt engage?

I have a 1991 Toyota Tercel with factory a/c. When i push the A/C button, the light comes on but the compressor doesn't engage. Now it uses a magnetic clutch to engage the a/c. The first thing the Haynes book says to check is the relay switch way the hell up under the dash. But im wondering, if the light comes on, is the relay switch still good? Triumph Daytona 675 will not start......?

Yesterday, my 2008 Triumph Daytona 675 would not start for the 1st time, after push starting it and riding it for a while, it would not start again. Bought a brand new battery from the Triumph Dealership and put it in, and it still would not start. Took it to a local auto parts store and they tested and charged it, put it in and it still will not start. Dash and lights turn on fully. In Neutral, with the clutch down, when I push the starter, it makes a single click noise and a quite long squeaking noise. Any help???

so, my friend has an at&t phone, and its a straighttalk phone from walmart. We forgot the code and was wondering if there was any way we could get by and go change it to something we do know. We've tried everything but cant figure it out? help. btw it looks likes a blackberry.and there is no "i forgot my password" button" or "sign into gmail if you forgot your password" it just says "enter code" and has four dashes. My 2004 Chevy Colorado pickup will start but as soon as I release the key, the engine will immediately die. It starts just like it should but won't stay running. There were no problems with it when I parked it yesterday and there were no warning lights on the dash. There is about 60,000 miles on the pickup.

I was concerned how the ducklings would get out of the pool safely once they went in. So I rigged up a flotation with a blanket that hangs over the water, the mattress and then they climb out of the pool that way. Mom has 5 more eggs in nest, but she's now sitting with them at night near the blanket and her 3 under her, while the eggs sit near by. Will they hatch? They are so super cute and boldly swim all around me when I'm in the pool, mom watches intently but she is now sometimes out of the water, while the babies are swimming around me. They are 3 days old and each day get bolder to get my attention or swim right at me while I tread water, so cute. So how do they safely leave? At what age can they fly?

Making a minor adjustment on vehicle alignment?

Both front tires on my 2005 Sienna are wearing on the outer edge of the tread (like the tires are tilted outward on the top). I can manage my way around basic auto repairs and was wondering if there was an adjustment I could try. It looks like the same amount of wear on both tires. Long ago in my high school auto we were showed how you can adjust the tie rods, etc., the caveat being to mark where you started. I don't see where I could make an adjustment on this vehicle to bring the tires more vertical. does anyone know? I don't have the money to bring it in to a shop, especially since I'll probably try to get sold on a whole front end package. The vehicle runs well, no noticeable pulling or vibration, just extra wear on the outer edges.

Quick unwanted weight gain...help!!!?

I see a lot of leg work. You could be gaining a lot of muscle there depending on the intensity of the work out. It happened to a friend of mine she was always doing high intensity leg work like stairs and biking. You say you lifted some quite heavy weights as well? I do moderate weights for tone and endurance heavy weights are for strength both give muscle, but strength builds more bulk. You could also be retaining water as well so the weight could be water weight.

Anxiety? Or Diabetes?

Hi, i am 17 years old and quite overweight. For the last month or so i have been getting dry mouth, even after drinking a lot of water. Obviously that leads to frequent urination. Diabetes does run in my family, my father has type 2 diabetes. But i also went to my doctors last November and he said i was fine. Plus i also have anxiety. I was wondering if this could be the cause of my dry mouth. Its the only thing I feel out of the diabetes symptoms, but I'm also kind of a hypochondriac so once i see the symptoms ill suddenly think i have them all. I would also like to add for the last two weeks i have been using my tread mil for 20-30 minutes a day and trying as hard as i can to eat healthy. Could this dry mouth be a form of diabetes? Or just regular dry mouth. I also drink a lot of water. I'd usually have to stick my finger down my throat or bite my tongue just so the saliva gets rid of the dry feeling for a bit. Please help. I filmed a short on the Canon 7D and imported the files from the camera onto my external hard drive. When I plug the hard drive into my computer some files show up as the actual footage picture and others as grey icons. Facebook doesn't require any maintenance. My aunt's over forty and she just has one to keep in touch with family and look at pictures. She doesn't have a profile picture or any other pictures on hers. I'm seventeen and I rarely go on mine. It's private, so only my friends see it and I've never even made a status update.

I was thinking that this must have been thought of/invented already cos it seems so obvious. An app that tracks exactly where a bus is so you know how much time you need to get to the bus stop, whether you will make it, whether you have that extra minute to do something before you dash out the door if its running. I'm a teen Boy and at High school I don't wear any shoes, all i have on my feet are my dirty white socks. I started this at year 7 and its now year 11 and the socks have not been washed during them years. They don't smell to bad for 5 years, there just not white any more and there are several layers of Dirt. Also during the years i have accidentally trod in Boys pee. I'm Worried About A Swimming Test, Tomorrow?

Alright, so my class is going to a day camp tomorrow as an end-of-the-year kind of thing. No homework, no classes, no education! So, I originally thought it was going to be fun. Then, today I found out that in order to be able to swim in the deep end, there's going to be a test that is a race and being able to tread water for 30 seconds. I can swim, I'm just not...thereee....you know what I mean? So, all my friends are going to be able to swim in the deep end and I'm going to be the only one in the shallow end! I mean, I haven't taken the test (it's tomorrow, DUH! lol:P), but I know that I'm not going to pass. Of course, maybe I could pass if I had suggestions on how to swin better! Do any of you have any tips or tricks to swim better? I have minor asthma, so I get worn out easily, so keep that in mind.

while I was driving my 2000 Oldsmobile Intrigue all the instruments on the dash started to up and down. From 70 mph to 0, from full to empty, then car died while driving. Jumped the battery, drove 8 miles, car did same thing and died again. This time could not jump battery.

you either have a rock caught in the brakes or more likely you have a wheel bearing going bad. have it checked as soon as possible. if it is a bearing, the wheel could seize up and stop turning.

98 chevy prizm ac issue?

I was given a 98 chevy prizm to drive, and the ac does not want to work. Very very rarely it will turn on and blow air, but maybe once in two months. The controls on the dash don't seem to turn do anything except when it randomly comes on. We had problems with the cig lighter but I replaced the fuse and its working again. I went thru three fusebox areas on the car looking for a blown fuse or relay, the one on the drivers side, and three under the hood, and found nothing out of the ordinary. Last time it kicked on when I started the car and plugged my phone into the charger. I'm guessing some wiring issues or a loose connection, but I don't know enough about the car to figure it out. I hear the ac is a common issue, any help?
