Searching jobs in australia from india?

Hi, I have 4+ years of experience in IT. I have worked in development project. Now I am working in production support. I know basics of unix, sql, weblogic. I am an expert in monitoring tools like wily introscope, HP BAC. I thought of searching for some job in australia now. How to apply for a job in australia and how tough to get that? what would be the average salary for a person like me? If some one knows any website to apply or search for jobs, please let me know.
